Exercise buddy thread 002

Have not been on my treadmill for about a week. Partly due to the heat and partly just finding the time. It’s hard when I have 2 boys. It could end up an accident cos when I’m on it they try to get on it.

Walked 11,000 steps yesterday. We’re in a heat wave right now and it was 30C when I was outside. I cut things short to be careful.

Just finished exercising for the first time in 2 weeks. Only did a 15 minute jog on my treadmill. Still felt good.




May the shred gods thy bless me with abs again.

Still skinny 187 lbs and took a week off from training (10k steps per day every day and lifting weights).

Next week I return and the gains shall return.

Never give up.

First day back.

ready to start training again, ive got 30 lb and 20 lb dumbbells, pushup bars, treadmill, bike and elliptical, feet to move with and a human body to do body weight exercises with, only the last two are necessary lol but weights and equipment are great

Did a 20 minute jog on the treadmill just now. Not very fast (4.0 mph, slow jog) but still fast enough to challenge my cardiovasvular system.

why is it so rare to find running shoes with this shape, the light blue although while shapes nice i bought way too big of a size, the black is perfect

this shape is life lol, even tho it looks like its housing a duck foot, the left ones are one of the widest splayed toe box shoes on the market, thats what humans toes would be shaped like if barefoot, getting into wide toeboxes i feel have made a big improvement in everything movement related i do

practiced running tonight, not really practice but testing to see where im at, only ran a quarter mile (down the street and back in like less than 2 minutes) but kinda surprised myself seeing the 300 lb pudge man i am fly against the wind lol but fatigue set in quickly

i felt unsatisfied and a need to do it again so i did a second. im kinda proud of myself even tho im slow and it was exhausting

walking with my mom to the open grass field and hill near the park to run on grass in my trail running shoes, running is much more fun than walking
