Awesome rainstorm!
Just did 50 mins resistance training. Didn’t think lateral lunges were too hard, but nearly pulled a muscle sitting down

i feel like im only days away in training in being able to do a one leg deep squat. rn its just the balance, i can squat with one leg but only 90 degrees at knee. once i get low enough that i have the straighten the floating leg i find it hard to balance
I had a really good 35 minute run ![]()

Wow! Thats a long time to run! Just did 50 mins resistance training, working my quads, glutes and hamstrings
I gotta pick up training, with work and school I barely have the motivation to go train
im finding lifting weights in an actual workout format seeming like alot to do, 10 reps 3 sets 8 different exercises and a minute in between each set. lol i feel like ill be lifting all day, i used to usually just do 50 or so dumbbell curls and call it a day but now i gotta plan out how to go about it when theres so many moves
Had a shitty workout today. I ran for 35 minutes on my treadmill but I felt anxious through out the workout. Im not giving up on Effexor XR, i think I need a dose increase since im on the lowest possible dose.
oh, that sucks that you felt anxious. maybe increasing the dose would be a good idea.
I just had a 50 min resistance training workout. Every workout is an achievement.
i really need to work on my diet through. got a goat pie and very rich chocolate milk today.
remember things can be worse before better, give the med some time before big change
Yeah you are right ciggy. Thanks.
just having a resistance training workout now. just need to do 75 banded clamshells per leg and then thats a 40 ish min workout done

@TheCanuk do you ever notice a feeling that cardio seems to make other aspects of life easier, even mental tasks, maybe its the endorphins or even blood flow/ heart related but i notice it for me.
whenever i stop putting miles in i feel like i get stuck in life just laying in bed, when i walk/jog/run for 30+ minutes i always want to come back to it the next day, im getting back on track now tho and im gonna have to find a way to do it daily regardless as breaks break the routine literally, even having to move my treadmill for a day i end up losing routine
Hey ciggy. Yes, 100%. Cardio exercise improves blood flow to your brain. I feel the best mentally right after I finish a good run. The “Runners High” is a real thing.
I didn’t have much in me. But made myself at least get on the treadmill. I did 6 mins fast walking.
Does anyone know, my treadmill is making a noise. It’s not that old. What should I do . Thank you. I have not oiled it regularly.
