Just had a workout! Went 1000 calories over the limit yesterday, because of drinking red wine. I will avoid the stuff now!
Anyway glad I had a workout today.
Just got some binge eating and some drinking habits I’ve gotta kick!
No weights today but I did 35 minutes running on my treadmill. It was raining today and I needed to be home to let my grandmas home care nurse in the house, so no gym. Will go to the gym tomorrow morning.

Oh gosh, that was the hardest workout i’ev had in ages. Did 50 mins resistance training. then 10 minutes HIIT in the form of jump rope. Jump rope is so hard!
oops i mean 5 minutes of skipping.
just did 50 mins resistance training, skipped the last exercise cause i felt sick. 66 bench step ups - so hard, sweating like hell
I ran for 35 minutes. Feeling good.
Walked a mile at the park. Was too full from breakfast to do mile and half as planned oh well

Just having a 1 hour resistance workout at the moment. it feels almost too easy after the workouts i did that were at advanced level, b stance deadlifts are sore on my abs though…
I’m starting to realize the benefits of exercising. Pedaled my bike today for about 45 minutes on the stand. And I didn’t burn myself out. I could do it again now. Really feel relaxed and it actually helps me with my delusions. And confidence that I’m doing something healthy. That’s really recommended. I think it also helps with my negative symptoms.

got a new dumbell! been doing a lot of one arm curls and walking too. mostly focused on dieting but been working out some as well ![]()
