I did 5 minutes on the recumbent bike, 5 minutes on the elliptical, and only 20 minutes of weight training. I wasn’t feeling it today.
However, I really pushed myself to really focus on engaging my target muscles so I still got in a decent, albeit short, workout

Going to go for a short walk today to hopefully loosen up my ankle. I have a 8 mile run planned for tomorrow morning.

Nothing so far today. Got my covid/flu shot yesterday and I am very ill. May ring off early from work to sleep.

Did grocery bike run. Back from the supermarket with 15kgs of groceries! Im sweating heaps. Todays meant to be a workout day too… i’ll see later on…

I did get 4000 steps in around my house today, but I think it was mostly to and from the water closet. Oooof.

Man I hit my peak too early, now I have to catch up to you guys and get motivated again! Running/jumping/throwing/catching….etc 30 mins per day… I wanna reach my peak again…
