It’s so good for you. Both physically and mentally.
looking at my past i know i can lose weight, this is progress from 2017 after 4 months on geodon after quitting olanzapine.
after i hit 185 i maintained for 3 months, then went back on olanzapine due to severe anxiety and fear of relapse, and i went to 358
honestly geodon might be the way to go again. i have more tools at my disposal now mentally and treatment team wise that itd be worth it to save myself from diabetes and other metabolic issues
Fingers crossed for you @cigarino
I really need to start lifting weights again. My arms are deflating with the cardio and calorie deficit. Im still feeling good doing cardio every day but I still want to have muscle. Maybe starting Monday i’ll start lifting again.
Happy exercising everyone.
18,000 steps today, all doing chores.Arms are also sore from changing tires on several vehicles.
30 minutes of cardio done. Might lift some weights later.
thats a cool graphic dude thanks
Thanks for sharing ciggy.
i notice when my stomach is feeling nausea and little anxiety fearing im gonna puke, if i go outside and shoot basketball for a while i start feeling amazing and the nausea disappears and i get into like a zen state of handling and shooting. i just got back in house from doing so and i feel great although dripping sweat
another basketball practicing sesh, shirt is soaked, heart is happy
Well done. Keep up the good work.
Just finished a quick weight training session. Did arms and chest. Tomorrow will be legs, forearms and shoulders.
Im weak right now. I did my max pushups and I was only able to get 20 in a row. When I was a teenager, I could do much more.
i can do 3 pushups lol dont be too hard on yourself, youre doing good
When I was doing push ups at my best I could do 100 in a row.
Now I can do two. Lol..
Thanks dood. I appreciate it.
That’s insane. Even at my fittest I couldn’t do 100 in a row.
When I was in my twenties I worked out 6 times a week.
I went overboard with it though and injured my shoulder. I developed bursitis.
I also could do 100 crunches and 100 squats using my bodyweight. I was very fit.
It’s kind of ironic what I turned out to be.
I have a gym membership but don’t go. It’s very depressing.
I get really paranoid at the gym for some reason.
I don’t have any motivation to go anyways.
I also could run 5K under 20 minutes. It’s average I guess but I had a lot of weight on me so I can’t complain.
No, that is not average. That is faster than average.
I still remember running during winter time. It’s very peaceful. Also taking a shower afterwards and relaxing has a certain meditative feeling to it.
