terrible storm here has my joints flaring up. But I did my stretches and walked around the store a bit, and they calmed down.
Did 30 minutes on my treadmill.
15 minutes of steady state cardio, 15 minutes of HIIT cardio.

I did another 30 minute yoga session today. I even dug out my old yoga mat to use.

30 minutes of HIIT completed
yesterday did 10 easy variation pushups then 10 squats supersets for 2 rounds, then repeated but with jump squats instead or regular squats, basically 40 knee pushups and 20 squats then 20 jump squats. i find knee pushups pretty easy i cross my feet and have them in the air, easier than full weight but still some resistance.
my quads feel really good today like a comforting pain lol i kinda want to go harder next time as considering its very mild i wasnt at my limit, when i do 20 lb bicep curls i usually stop around 50 reps. i laughed at a video a bodybuilder being helped to walk up stairs to get out of the gym after leg day. it said if you can walk back to your car after doing legs you didnt do leg day right
I’ve started to cycle for 30 minutes daily on my excersise bike.

I walked for 60 mins on treadmill today. Feels good to be moving more! I have my third surgery scheduled for tomorrow. So I’ll be out of commission until I feel better. Not looking forward to that.
Did a 50 minute jog on my treadmill. I felt good so I decided to go longer than I usually do.
I go on 20-25 min walks daily. I have lost a little weight recently, but that’s partly cause diet as well. I’m just happy I haven’t been continuously gaining.
I am all set for my rehabilitation program. On Tuesday I go to the pool sign up for a membership. The pool got heated basins, a gym and a sauna. I worked out the busroute to get there and scheduled time to swim regularly.
Did 30 minutes of sprint interverals. Sprint for 15 seconds, walk for 45 seconds. Repeat.
Does crawling under and back out from under a truck about 20x so far today count as squats?

Yes. And going shopping for easter presents at multiple stores also counts as a hike

I get my exercise walking up and down stairs at work these days. Plus the work itself. I weighed myself today and Im down to 228. Crazy stuff.
Seriously, if any of you really want to lose weight, just try walking up and down stairs until your legs burn and you can barely breathe. Then take a break and walk up a couple more flights.
It seriously is working for me.
Still doing cardio in my basement everyday. Blood pressure and RHR are looking good. Will probably get a blood test done this summer and see if my cholesterol levels have improved.
