My therapist called in sick. Again. She’s missed so many appointments but I can’t say anything though because I’ve missed appointments too because I forgot about them. It’s phone appointments by the way. And my case manager called about an hour ago. I haven’t heard from him in months and I haven’t met with him in three years. I know, I should have called sometime in the last three years myself but he obviously doesn’t want to meet with me. I’m getting a new case manager in a month; I hope he/she is a good one.

Excuse me while I speak bitterly myself. I can no longer eat most foods without gagging and throwing up. My voice was so mean to me for so many decades it would have been better to take my life at the beginning.
