You hurt your foot?
I get gout in my feet. It’s really painful.
I twisted my foot a while ago.
It still bothers me.
The sole of my right foot is really sore due to hard skin . The foot specialist who cut my toenails last week said it was due to my putting extra pressure on my right foot.
One of my granddaughters has given me some foot softener but it’s not helping much.

Are you diabetic @firemonkey? I am and the doctor said something once about callouses on the sole of my foot.
@firemonkey I have found this to be head and shoulders above all other creams for feet
It has urea which totally softens the skin like no other cream I have tried

Is a big tub that will last months
Ok this sounds totally weird but it works.
Get a bottle of mouthwash. Make sure it’s the one with alcohol in it. Pour it in a container big enough for your foot. Soak for at least 30 minutes. The dry skin will loosen skin and soften your feet.
