I think lately with all the mess of the world we’re in, I’ve been feeling bad just for the sake of it. It just seems lately I’ve been feeling bad as a kind of attention seeking. I get so lost and wallowing in my first world problems, that it’s hard to keep going. Just trying to learn some healthy self acceptance, lately. Has anyone else gone through something like this?
Sure, feeling a little sadness or blue is OK as long as you don’t take it too far.
If you are talking about self pity, I know something about that.
