I just had my evening meal, took my meds before that and now I am having some evening coffee. I probably should not have coffee because it may cause me to stay awake but I am having coffee any way. It is just another lonely Friday evening. I had my psych meeting today and it was good to talk with some real person. We discussed all kinds of matters. It snowed today.

Yes, it is really peaceful here. I have not gone to any entertainment places in over one decade. Just being alone. I have not written down my journal entries yet, later tonight I’ll write. Now listening to some music:
