Do we already have on the market medications that work the same way as Evenamide, but they are not for mental illnesses?

I hope we all have access to Evenamide; it seems so promising. I have a feeling it will outperform Cobenfy.

I don’t think so. Evenamide has a pretty unique mechanism of action.
