This doesn t mean that god create those for us.i mean he absolutely neutral toward us.it might only create for birds for instance.he might only see us as intruders since we judge his creations.with more brutal examples are animal eating or cannibalism.maybe if we believe god but not believe abrahamic religions we mustn t eat anything at all since there is no officially allowance for eating.he is just neutral…
