Owners of the loterry take around 40% of all money anyways, if there is a loterry won for 1million, know they pocketed 400,000€ of money already

I do the Euro lottery when its big jackpot. I did it last night for chance to win but £2.50 a ticket is a big steep.
I mean not keeping 100%, I meant whoever is the creator of the lotto, he or she takes all 40% from all your spent money. You think organazing and printing tickets and paying to markets for printing is free? Also the odd of you getting struck by lightning is like 100x more likely than winning a loterry
