I overate again. I hate this. I can’t take this ■■■■ anymore. I’m going to stop taking Abilify.
Changing to another med takes risks, yes. But I’m not happy with Abilify. With another med, my head might become blurry again. There might be other weird side effects. But I’m definitely not happy with this side effect of increased appetite.
Plus, my tounge moves involuntarily.
Abilify isn’t the med for me.

Thats too bad, maybe you can go for a second opinion.
Tardive dyskinesia if this is what it is, can be permanent

That would make me switch meds. That could be TD.
I don’t know if he’ll ok with second opinion
He said no when I said I need it before
You tell your doctor you’re getting a second opinion, you don’t ask.

Yes, you dont need his permission - just get another one - its your right

My book on schizophrenia says about second opinion that patients need to go for it with their current doctor’s consent.
Maybe it’s different in Japan?

You can tell him, but you dont have to ask - just let him or her know
