I just went to Walmart, and bought a Carrie Underwood CD. I can’t say the title of the album. I also got Muscle Milk at Walmart. Then I went to the gas station, got gas, and cigarettes.

im glad for you you enjoyed your outing.
we are out of lockdown in a week so maybe i will go for a outing to the shops.
i used to have such bad schizophrenia that i could not go out unless i was drunk of my rockers but thankfully i can do my own groceries etc now.

It’s finally cooled off here and I’ve gotten out three days in a row. I got a flu shot today but got angry afterwards and had to go home. I really don’t like to get angry and I’m usually good natured.
