Since I was young I’ve always wanted to start a business, I’ve worked since I was 13 bought my own car and did everything I needed to prepare for my life. Unfortunately I got sick when I was 22 and am worried about unemployment, homelessness and poverty. I thought it might be a good idea to open a laundromat, the only problem is I don’t have any collateral or steady income at the moment. Is there any way to get a bank loan for this sort of thing without putting up collateral?
Anyone have ideas for their own business, schemes to make money?
a couple things…im going to start a micro-farm where I grow salad greens and temperate herbs.
also I want to build a woodworking shop at the farm and craft guitars or violins for sale
lastly i’d like to open a smoothie shop or a soup place…as far as restaurants i’d ultimately like to retire with a place with my own bar, where I can do the books, drink, and socialize.
I don’t know much about getting loans…for the micro farm I was thinking working and saving 100,000 or so
Website building, psychic advising, finance, or tutoring.
There are 3 types of businesses: sole proprietorships, partnerships & corporations. Of these 3, sole proprietorships are the most abundant but also frequently go out of business. Corporations are the fewest type of companies but hire the most amount of workers.
A laundromat requires a lease on business property to function unless you own the building as such. Also, the equipment such as laundry machines and dryers will be needed and be written down as an asset unless you rent them which would be a liability. Variable costs such as electricity, water will depend on the customers who come in and use your laundromat. Lastly, there is competition from other laundromats in the vicinity and how much they charge.
I almost did bitcoin mining but my GPU was DOA.
I’m into dropshipping. There is technically low risk to it since you don’t have to buy stock to sell it, but you do have to spend a good amount of ad money to find winning products. I’ve yet to make it work, but I’ve heard so many success stories. Making the first buck is the hardest, but once you get reliable sales with your testing, it scales up like mad.
Try a property maintenance small business. Always money to be made in that industry
I almost tried dropshipping in high school.
