I honestly think ECT would help me and I’ve thought about it. I have concerns and fears about it because my memory is already shot. My mom doesn’t trust it either. I trust her gut instincts more than mine. She’s my reality check.
I did it. Messed up my memory bad. 
ECT is not for schizophrenia my psychiatrist said, its for severe depression with suicidal behavior.
It can cause memory problems, permanently sometimes.
