Not only is it a right; it is a necessity.

A right until someone else decides it’s not. While Kim Jung- Yung is building up his army by spending billions of dollars on it, half his citizens are literally starving to death. In some parts of the world eating is not a right. WE view it as a right. But when rebels in Africa are busy killing and raping and torturing the citizens I doubt the rebels figure their victims have a right to eat.
