I eat when I get hungry. Doesn’t everybody?

I just eat when I get hungry, never have been an emotional eater, if anything I quit eating when I’m upset etc.
No! I often forget to eat and I’ll frequently get to the point where I feel shaky and weak before I feel hungry. I rely on my routine to eat every day. Even then I only have 1 meal, and a few snacks.
I’m calorie counting at the moment, so I just pace myself throughout the day.
I eat when im hungry - but also scheduled too, im trying to put on weight - im heavy on the carbs at the moment. Cos when im ill i dont eat - and it drops off me otherwise.
Hungry, scheduled to do so (before working out), and when offered food (because it would be rude not to).
I chose other for this reason
I eat when I’m lonely. Especially at night.
I have a tendancy to eat when I’m super stressed.

Anyways old habits die hard
But they shall die!!!
My eating habits are simple:
Two coffees, two meals. Maybe one cup of iced tea?
I think I eat about 1000 kcals a day. I have very little appetite and often throw up because of fatigue. Since October 2020, I have lost 20 pounds and I’m losing more. At this point I am very concerned, because if I keep losing weight, I would have to do TPN again at a clinic.
I had to stop eating when hungry in order to lose 100 pounds (45 kg). I plan out my food a day in advance to keep within my calories.
