It doesn’t bother me so much, but I can see how it could be irritating, lol.
Oh yeah, that drives me nuts. Makes me worry they think I’m following them. Kinda feel like a creeper.
I once had an experience where a lady was walking with a stroller in the bike lane, but she was wearing headphones so she didn’t move out of the way despite my repeated use of the bell.
Eventually, I biked past her on the sidewalk, and she gave me the death stare like I was the one in the wrong for not using the correct lane.
