Found this drug on this forum the other day. Can’t find it again. Tried google doesn’t turn up anything. I think I’m spelling it wrong. Metonetin or something like that. Really frustrated.

Just want to put out there that I started sarcosine a couple days ago and it seems to be helping though it didn’t solve all my problems. Most noticeably my motivation got better and I went from meditating once a week to once a day and I watch more online tv.

Which is better to try you think sarcosine or memantine?
I’ve never tried memantine but you need a prescription for it and my doctor probably would say no.
Sarcosine has less side effects I have heard memAntine does cause side effects to some people
