Tomorrow I’m going to start drinking tea instead of coffee. I was reading about tea on Bing Copilot and I feel like tea would be better my my health at least mentally. I read the caffeine and L-theanine work synergistically to make you alert and focused and relaxed which is what I want.

Tea is a lot more relaxing than coffee and it gives you energy too also with no anxiety

I’ve been mixing green tea with caffeine, and I get a pretty good lift from it.

I’ve been considering trying green tea. I’ve only ever had ready-made sweet iced tea, and once, someone slipped me some Earl Grey. The EG didn’t go over well.

I drink green tea, it has a lot of health benefits, good for the prostate too. Good things.

I have stopped coffee a long time ago like almost 4 years ago.
I get chest burns. But not with tea.
