I drink maybe once every 6-8 months. When I drink I drink a lot but never enough to puke.
When I was in college I drank a lot, often. I was very close to developing a problem. When I realized how bad it was getting I stopped. I know that will sound simple and dumb but I just stopped drinking. I didn’t start again for a few years.
