Dream or reality?

Sometimes I can’t tell if something happened was a dream or reality. I’m not paranoid and psychosis is well controlled.

What should I do ? Should I increase my antipsychotic dose ?

I’m taking following meds
Clozapine 275mg
Fluoxetine 30mg
Valproic acid CR 400mg
Clobazam 30mg

My dx is psychosis NOS and OCD/panic

yes u can do that …!!! Ask ur pdoc …!!!

How long have you been taking these med’s. Maybe you haven’t given them enough time to work.

It might be a natural thing, but if your concerned you could mention it to your pdoc/therapist!
