Don’t want to think about my problem. I will try to have a good day. I am kind of anxious. Pray for the best. Need to find a group to go to for my problem.
Your own answer might be as good as anyone’s or even better as no one knows your situation as well as yourself. I wouldn’t shy away from the idea of solving the problem with your own mind. But if it is your own mind that says “I need a break from this.” then go for it.
