I got a call which was made by bots, I noticed it when it spoke as a normal human but when I asked from where did you get my number, it started to repeat the same statement, and also there will be a mute after it talks so it records my voice and respond.

My phone gets a lot of “unknown number” calls. An unusually high amount, actually. I can open the details of the call, and there is sometimes a number listed, and I’ll block it. Seems to do no good, as plenty of unknown callers persist. Should throw the damn phone in the lake and get a landline.

Good advice. Alot of the scammers these days are capable of faking the outbound number - so always say you will ring them back to verify.

I get a dodgy phone call twice a month. Some of the time if you google the number - you will find out it comes from scam central, Calcutta in India anyway.
