everybody hates the people around them. people do not like other people so this is why we practice kindness :unamused: I am always irritated by my friends etc… but I say ‘this is life’ and move on. Is someone hurting you?

I think it’s the link of my parent anger against me for not reaching their expectation while I have bad memories with them

I hope you feel better soon. It is not your fault you became ill. Your parents high expectations of you is because they still see the old you in you. I know the feeling to feel like you can’t reach those expectations.

I like my parents but I can’t seem to find a friend that I really like. I thought I found a friend but he’s not who I thought he was. He’s changed a lot since I met him. I think it’s me that’s the problem because I seem to find flaws in every individual I meet. Maybe I just haven’t found the right friends yet.

You may hate the people around you right now because of the mood you’re in. If your mood changes you might love them all again. Or have you hated everyone all along?
