Don't gain weight, gain confidence

Just remembering how I used to overeat. And it started happening big time after I had experienced a failure that made me lose confidence. Right away, I’d hit the comfort foods. Nothing quite like a hot fudge sundae to feel sorry for myself about.
Well, this is infantile. A better idea is to quit beating myself up (which probably causes a gargantuan appetite or headache or both) and, instead, do some self talk and build myself back up. That works, too. Just words like “I can do this.” It can do wonders to turn a loss into history.
