You can always bring up a topic and start a conversation (well - I guess you have done that here :-).

I don’t know sometimes I prefer when all the voices in my head talk at once, I then can’t understand what they’re saying so it doesn’t bother me as much. Yeah it gives me a headache because of all the noise but it’s better than running me into a depression because of negative comments.
