Don’t feel like it today

I’m supposed to have group therapy today. It’s on a topic that I need, but I’m just not feeling like it today.

That’s true. If only it weren’t today that they weren’t doing the topic

That would be a great topic but if you don’t feel like it you probably wouldn’t get much out of it anyway. It’s ok to take the day off sometimes.
