Our online groceries arrived today and I noticed that the deli meat package was bloated.
A bloated package could indicate that the food has bacteria on it.
I called the grocery delivery company up and got credit for that item.
Not going to chance it by eating spoiled meat!
The woman who answered the phone agreed with me.
I threw it away.
I’ve decided to stay away from meat for a while.
Getting sick of it.
Getting my protein from other sources like dairy and legumes.
Tofu and eggs also have protein and nuts too. I don’t really like tofu except it’s good in hot and sour soup (Chinese).
