my pain management Dr told me to get a physical. so I am doing water aerobics with the old folks in the heated pool. my drummer Don is going too. so I have support.

My sister has Larsons disease. Which means she has no joints and her ligaments are deteriorating. The only exercise she can do is swimming

I loved our Y when we could go. Hope you can keep it up! The scholarship is a big help when you get it.
