Doing more daily

So far since I started walking daily (this was day 4) I’ve found I’m doing more around the house and going out a little by myself I mean not long but it’s something!

I hope to be able to get a good routine down or at least a list of stuff I do daily since I’m not good at keeping things on schedule but for appointments or meals/snacks besides that I’m not good at keeping things done at a certain time
