Do you hear things in it and does it freak u out. I don’t like it I can’t get used to it and I her it in my doctors room I can’t concentrate on the topic due to the shitty sound

I love the kind of white noise that comes from ventilators and air-conditions.
It calms me down and makes it feel like things are almost slow-motion, and it blocks my brain from noticing external and internal noise.
The old TV’s used to give off nice white noise, in the old days you could try and tune in stuff
