Have slept all afternoon and I still feel tired
Too much or too little sleep does it for me.
Less sun, less vit d, less Funtime activity, seasonal depression, depression naps, to much sleep, tired.

I need to start going hiking. There is beautiful countryside all around me (I live up in the hills). The hiking would help my SAD for sure
If you’ve the gumption, I say that’s a great idea to help fight it. Get some air and the sun, work out. All of those can help
I use a mood lamp
I suffer with SAD and I’m constantly tired and drained.
Basically I am living off my couch.

Work makes me feel tired. Too much to do for too few people. We had a fifth person in training for our department, but she quit on Thursday. She failed the licensing exam twice and chickened out on a third try. I have no idea how we’ll keep up now.
