Does anyone take this for anxiety and blood pressure? Does it help and does it make you sleepy?

I was on guanfacine (intuniv) which i think is similar. Dont think it hekped much. Ended up making me feel super angry all the time.

I take it. I doesn’t make me sleepy. I’m not sure if it’s really helping

I take it for adhd. Its pretty calming.

I was on it as a child 1 hour and your fully asleep and dreaming however my blood pressure wasn’t good on it also my brother was on it and it made his blood pressure dangerously low
We both have a heart condition
