Does anyone know of anybody with schizophrenia who lived To be in their 90's

Were they on antipsychotics and for how long? I can’t seem to find any elderly who survived a long time while being on antipsychotics.

A distant cousin of mine who had schizophrenia lived to be 87.

Wasn’t John Nash like 94 when he died? Though, he primarily dealt with it unmedicated.

It was cancer that got her, not APs.

John Nash was 86. He died in a car accident. Who knows how long he would’ve lived had he not died in a car accident.

All the people who I have personally known to make it to their nineties have made me feel rather resolute about not living that long.

Thank you for replying. I don’t know why I am so obsessed with living to 90 years old. My grama made it to 93 and I just want to live a long life lol. But these meds made me obese with high cholesterol, so I highly doubt I will make it that long. Its nice to dream though.

Me as well.

…but you can do something about it.
