My issue is just sensitivity to drugs and longevity. I just find Buspar lasts really short time. Some people say like 3 hours but it’s like 20-30 mins for me

No I’d say 20-30 milagrams

I take 15mg three times a day with the option of a fourth if absolutely needing it. If I go by that its lasting me 3-4 hours

On 60 mg and it last most the day for me.

I take 60mg a day as well. I can feel it wearing off between doses.

I just stopped taking it because it only lasted two hours tops and then the rebound anxiety absolutely sucked until it was time for my next dose.
It lasts me a few hours. I take 15 mg twice a day
