I think I’ll also look for a low-stress job, as living on benefits wouldn’t be a good idea.
I do this too, even though I don’t travel and I don’t leave the house.
Same here. I also go through day treatment, but I have a lot of spare time that I spend on the internet.
Also, but with the voices it’s a little challenging.
I do this too, but I need to do more things because sometimes I feel stressed about not doing much.
I need to start exercising too, as the medication has made me obese, I need to take better care of my health.
I just found out I am diabetic, but I don’t think it has advanced too far yet. The groceries I bought last week are full of carbs, a big no-no for diabetics.
I play Pickleball, Softball and ride my motorcycle - and then also play video games, youtube/computer and watch streaming channels and take naps …could be better could be worse
I don’t work, I go to the gym, diet, hangout with friends and play video games.
I found an easy job to do but I am still thinking I am not ready. Its video game testing at home. I already did video game testing in the past but in their office. But I was also on Abilify and had more energy. I am on 6mg risperidone now.
I visit my mum every day in the care home
I go shopping for food with my dad. We sometimes go for lunch. I watch tv . Listen to music. Do exercises for my plantar fasciitis. I walk every day short walks at the moment
Eat the way I shouldn’t eat
The plan is play keyboard
Pilates
Paint
Read interesting stuff
Prepare 4 job interviews

Prepare 4 therapy
I’m retired too, I volunteer at a place for lonely young people, where I stand in the cafe or a second hand shop. I walk a lot and make small excursions, yesterday i went to the north of Zeeland (Denmark) and fished some mackerels. Otherwise I spent a lot of time just sitting and listening to music.

I’m sorry to hear this @crimby. It’s possible that you can reverse it naturally if you’re early on and it’s the right type. My mother reversed the course of hers and is now diabetes free. I hope you stay well.
@shield_mixer I work around the house, draw, sculpt, play with the dogs, learn little bits of everything online, etc. I applied over the weekend to work for a nonprofit organization so I’m hopeful for that…
