I love going on there on a hot summers day, because it is cool and quiet. 
I definitely enjoy going to the library. Ever since I was a young kid I thought that libraries held the keys to my escape from the reality that I was experiencing. True they are far from the world of card catalogs and restricted adult sections that I knew then but I still seek refuge there.
Our library shows movies during the winter on a big screen in the Senior center.
New ones that are fresh out on Blue ray.
I stopped going to the movies over 10 years ago because of the bothersome crowds.
But this is just harmless old foggies so I feel safe and even talk to people sometimes.
while I can read scientific nonfiction, fiction is tough to concentrate on.
and I feel why spend hours reading then the whole thing will be over soon with less mental effort.
