feels like something bad is gonna get me. Its been happening everyday. I know im going, nothing i can do. Maybe i need someone to pray for me. I dont know if that will help…

Hmmm maybe someone if doing construction work near you. I get that it’s loud and Bangy. I’m sure it doesn’t have to do with you and nothing bad will happen!!
When I was full-blown psychotic, I used to hear police sirens. And often they would mock me, hard to explain. But it was very distressing.
Does it feel like you’re losing touch? Or are you okay? You’ve got to keep one foot on the ground and not get swept away
