I’ve been to other countries where people know me by name and face since I was teen.
I’ve been in say a restaurant and heard people talking about me and mentioning my name. I looked around and couldn’t see anyone talking to me. So I ignored it. Part of me wonders if people really were saying something about me or if I was imagining it.

I do the opposite I think I know almost everyone from somewhere. Or there involved in my delusions even if I never met them.
Yes, sometimes I worry that the entire world somehow knows who I am. Very stressful delusion, but clearing up with meds.
Yes, it is part of my delusion that everyone knows who I am. Even though it is distressing, after awhile it’s like ‘who cares if they know? Whatever.’
