I just ate Cheez-its .they are really good. Does anybody else like Cheez-it’s? They are crackers.

I have mostly unprocessed my diet. You know how when you quit smoking the smell of smoke is so much worse? I’m now having the same problem with the taste of stabilizers and preservatives.

Sometimes people don’t ever recover their sense of taste, or it is permanently altered after covid. It’s a monster.

My sense of taste escaped thankfully, but it sure would be nice to not have long covid exhaustion on top of negative symptom exhaustion.

I have that problem with greasy burgers. They make me feel so sick. Most sweet drinks, too. I don’t mind; I love my water.
