this sounds very paranoic and should be talked over with your psychiatrist…that’s something that they can fix…you can wear jewelry again…don’t worry…it’s a passing belief…

I just wear a watch :watch:. I forget I have it on me mostly.

Yes I do about jewelry and everything. My car, my bag my watch, my shoes, my clothes. Just everyone wants to steal or key my car.

In my country you get targeted if you wear expensive watches and jewelry. Many people have been robbed. So it’s not regular paranoia depending where you live.

See my dr says I’m having psychosis paranoia. I shop at thrift stores. But it doesn’t matter. Bad people do want to do those things to me. I especially hate going to my MH clinic. But anywhere outside home is sketchy.

Yes, I don’t fully trust most people out there in the real world too.
Lots of bad things happening all the time.

I dont worry about getting mugged or anything. But im extremely vigilant with my things. Like wallet, phone etc. I worry I’ll lose them. I check my pockets more frequently than I should to make sure I havent lost anything. Cause I’d freak out if I lost my wallet or phone or something. Which is stupid. They are just things that can be replaced in reality.

This thread does make me want to buy a cool watch though. Havent had one in many years. Sick of looking at my phone for the time.

All joking aside the only piece of jewelry I wear is a necklace which I keep on 24/7. I don’t think someone would take it if you store it in your house no?

Only if I go into the inner city. I live in a suburban type area though and lots of people here wear gold and silver necklaces with pendants. I don’t own anything super flashy though, just a couple thin silver Italian chain necklaces. Lately I’ve been wearing more of my spiritual necklaces.
