i habitually look down at the ground when im walking, rarely looking up. sometimes it has it’s benefits, like when im walking through the yard i avoid bumble bees and honey bees on the clover flowers.
just now i tried to make the long walk down the driveway, keeping my head up, and i made it half way. it just seems like im forcing. i habitually look down at the ground.
I’m walking up and down the hallway for exercise now a days and there is a mirror at the end of the hall. Perfect to motivate me to keep my head up. I can watch myself.
