i do, been like this for years. it used to be i was drinking something all day, like coffee or herbal tea, but now i smoke most of the day. im pretty good at rationing my food, but i always have to be consuming something i’ve found otherwise i get a little bored.
Yeah, I smoke and eat out of boredom a lot. Also…sleep.
A little. I usually stick to 3-4 regular meals a day, but it’s good with a snack once in a while.
Yes I was like this for a long time. I’m trying to learn self acceptance and journaling, creativity, and studying, aswell as exercise to fill a bit of time.
yeah i hope to break some habits with more hobbies and activities.

yes i very much consume all day, every day.
i drink coffee all day till it gets late so i dont pee at night. and a diet drink or two. and i eat several sources of protein spread out over the lunch hours, meat, cheese, milk, nuts, seeds, etc, maybe a meal. in the evening, i spread out eating a lot of produce over many hours.
Yeah, coffee, cigs, alcohol and matcha.
I smoke, have one or two cups of coffee in the morning, I eat unhealthy, and the computer runs day and night. Also I’m drinking a lot of sugar through tea or sirup.
i eat small portions of things spread out over the day… i smoke 12 smokes a day… I’m not sure if i need them to be happy but it could be =/
I tried, to put away the computer, or to stop to smoke for couple hours. The only thing then that I experience is that delusions, voices and intrusive thoughts come up more intense.
I drink a lot. Mostly water, coffee or tea. I sometimes have soda, maybe once a week. I used to drink 2-3l of soda a day
I am the kind of person who can barely go half an hour without taking a sip of something
If I get hungry I generally wait and drink a lot of water for the first couple times. Helps stretch the dollar.

Yes comfort eating is a thing for me, and I’m also trying to lose weight which has made the depression worse, but I’m trying to lose weight for long term happiness.
Between drink, snaks, and smoke I do consume alot of the rime.
Yeah, I eat like it’s going out of style and am putting on weight when I’m trying to lose it.

Yes. I used to do this with smoking. I now do it with drinks. Tea/coffee/beer (in that order).
I consume coffee, water, and diluted cranberry juice, all three, throughout the day and evening. My meds dry out my mouth and make me very thirsty.
