I feel this is really beneficial if you can wake up the same time each day. Helps regulate your life and sleep cycle properly. Your body knows what to expect you’re more at ease.
I wake up at around 4 am each morning thanks to Don Juan.
For two years now actually been waking up early at similar times. Been the best healthiest years of my life.
I think seven hnours difference idk
It’s 2:13 pm now here Is this even correct? Another question: Every state in U.S has different hour time or how is it? @Jonnybegood
I either get no sleep at all, (which is rare), or I get anywhere from two to fourteen hours of sleep and anywhere in between. Very erratic. I go to bed anywhere between 900 pm to 830 am.
Yeah big believer in structure. I get up at 5am. Well alarm is set for that but usually up earlier. I take my morning pills same time 5 am everyday. I take my night pills around 6pm and usually wind down from there.
It’s a good thing to do and glad it works for you. Getting up early is good. Most of the world is sleeping and it’s usually so quiet around my place!
Yeah, i try to wake up at the same time each day. I work fulltime, so most mornings i’m up at the same time. However, even when i’m on holiday or it’s the weekend, i still like to wake up at the same time. Occasionally i’ll sleep in but i prefer not to as i feel it is a waste of a day.
