I brought myself a scensory toy for my schizophrenia. I havent been diagnosed autistic but i believe im on the spectrum.
I’ve seen people with schizophrenia use sensory toys, and it seemed to help them.
I don’t know if it counts as a sensory toy, but I used fidget spinners back in community college when I was in a psychotic episode and it helped distract me from the voices a bit.
It also helped with my ADHD.

Sensory Toys, per se, no. But I use headphones in public as they distract from voices AND disguise voices should I casually respond. Helps!

My headphones help me control sound senses and make the input into my head predictable
