I had some rice and daal… but I don’t track … although thats a good idea

I track every single thing I drink and eat on MyFitnessPal. It really helps a lot
I keep an overall idea of my diet. But not on a daily or hourly basis.
I’ll usually track my calories but not the foods I eat, if this makes sense.
I don’t. When it comes to food or calorie tracking I tend to get obsessive, and I have enough of a disordered eating pattern as it is.
I’m tracking religiously on MyFitnessPal. It helps. Weight is going back down again.

I try to track my food and calories on MyFitnessPal.com but lately I’ve been getting away from it.
Yup. I track everything. I need to for therapeutic keto. I like the data too. I use Cronometer.
I’m on a temporary diet. I eat nearly the same thing every day.
I’m losing weight. I just try to keep up with it in my head. Part of it is I don’t buy stuff I shouldn’t be eating. I live alone, so that makes it easy.
I usually try to so I know whether or not I can have a great or not.
I use a simple and fast food diary/calorie counter and generally eat about 1600 calories right now.
What seems to be helping me a lot lately is doing an overnight fast of 12-14 hrs. I also started a low dose of calcium citrate since I don’t drink cow’s milk or get much other calcium in my diet. The calcium seems to be helping my blood pressure and mood as well as perhaps reversing some of my bone spur problems.
