I saw a hummingbird today as well. Hummingbirds are common whenever flowers are blooming.

We have alot of them where I live. The one I saw was just about 3 feet away hovering in the air by a flowering bush in my yard. They make a whirring sound when they fly since their wings move so fast, especially when they hover. Sometimes they make a super short chirp that sounds almost like a clicking sound.

I love hummingbirds. I believe they’re the only bird that can fly backwards.
